


ABOUT THE FUND
The Champ Medici Arts Fund (CMAF) is a USD $ 1 Million philanthropic effort in partnership with The Tezos Foundation to support emerging and legacy musicians and artists across the globe looking to build and create new creative and cultural works on the Tezos blockchain.
This fund will last for 18 months starting 1st January 2023, with 3 cohorts of 6-8 artist per cohort.
Each cohort will last 6 months, with each artist being granted up to US$50,000 to develop their CMAF project on the Tezos Blockchain.
The fund was officially launched at Art Basel Miami on 2nd January 2023 and will start accepting applications on 1st January 2023.

ABOUT THE TEZOS FOUNDATION
The Home to Builders, Creators and Innovators
Tezos, an energy-efficient blockchain, has gained global acclaim as the platform of choice for artists and institutions looking to mint NFTs sustainably and responsibly. The Tezos community is home to a diverse, global network of artists, collectors and builders exploring NFTs as a new medium for creative expression.
The Tezos art community has been featured at Art Basel in Miami Beach 2021, Art Basel in Hong Kong 2022, Art Basel in Basel 2022, Venice Biennale 2022, SXSW 2022, Paris+ par Art Basel and more.
The Tezos Foundation, a non-profit Swiss foundation, recently established the Tezos Foundation Permanent Art Collection, a $1.2 million fund to support emerging artists from across the globe creating on Tezos – curated by activist and commentator Misan Harriman, Chair of the Southbank Center in London.

A team from Champ Medici and Tezos Foundation will be assigned to guide the artist to build their project on the Tezos Blockchain

Althea Lim
Althea is the Group CEO and Co Founder of Gushcloud International, a global creator and entertainment company. Althea is also Champ Medici’s manager and business partner.

Katherine Ng
Katherine Ng is the Managing Director of TZ APAC. She is an experienced blockchain strategist and investor with a demonstrated history of working in the startup, venture capital and fintech industry. Her non-profit focus is on healthcare causes, financial inclusivity and deep tech initiatives.
